Hi, I’m Fredrik Worren!
The nickname comes from the Norwegian word for "scribble", my favourite shading technique and the heart of everything I teach. For years I've committed to drawing a face a day, filling sketchbook after sketchbook with portraits drawn entirely freehand in ballpoint pen. No grids. No tracing. No erasers. Just me, a pen, and observation.
My professional background is in helping people grow, as a social worker, teacher, career advisor, and leader. That's still what I do, just now through drawing.
